These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and grap333 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://grap333.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule or promotion term, the more specific provision shall take precedence in relation to that specific product or promotion only. For all other matters, these Terms shall govern.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on grap333, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period of Account use:

grap333 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering legislation. Users may be required to provide identity documentation, proof of address, source of funds declarations, and other KYC materials at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) grap333 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by shared personal details, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any other indicator — will be subject to immediate closure. Winnings and bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:

• Notify grap333 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

grap333 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

grap333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. grap333 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your Account, or to a verified method in your own name following successful KYC.
• Typical processing times: e-wallets under 5 minutes, DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes, bank wire 15–60 minutes. These are indicative ranges and are not guaranteed.
• grap333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification at any time.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a pending period of up to 24 hours for security review purposes.

grap333 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by all applicable conditions.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus offer. Failure to complete wagering within the specified expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum bet cap: While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible stake per bet or spin is RM50, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Game contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, roulette, baccarat, and video poker typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets may have variable contribution rates as specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not utilised or wagered through within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit) will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically.
• grap333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.

All wagers placed on grap333 are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed. grap333 endeavours to make game and market rules available within the platform interface. The following general conditions apply across all products:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and binding. grap333 does not offer cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances where the underlying event is cancelled or voided under the applicable sporting or game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or sports event, grap333 will apply the relevant game provider's or sports data provider's resolution procedure. Winnings calculated in error due to technical malfunction may be recalculated and corrected.
• grap333 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence that the odds offered were the result of a pricing error, data feed failure, or manifest error.
• For live sports betting, stakes are accepted subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body. Results are determined by the official match result as declared by the governing authority of the applicable sport.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within the platform and may be changed at grap333's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the grap333 platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their Account permanently suspended and all balances forfeited, without recourse to appeal:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether alone or in coordination with other parties.
• Using automated software, betting bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, scrapers, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and will not be honoured.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting between accounts, or staking patterns that reduce financial risk while satisfying rollover conditions.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the grap333 platform — including but not limited to the grap333 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of grap333 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any portion of the platform without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use the grap333 brand, logo, or trade name in any context without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, grap333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other pecuniary loss not directly caused by grap333's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

grap333's aggregate liability to any individual User for direct loss arising from platform use shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

grap333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk. grap333 shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

grap333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, identity document details, payment method information, and gameplay and transaction records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications for which you have provided separate consent.
